1.Service description
· The game (including but not limited to all its content, features, updates, patches, etc.) is a software product provided by [Dongguan Longyupeng Trading Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") for the entertainment of users.
· The Game provides services to users through various platforms (including but not limited to mobile devices, computers, etc.), and Users may experience the story of the game, participate in gameplay, interact with other players and other related activities under the premise of complying with these Terms of Use.
2.User qualification
· The user must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If the user is under this age, it must be used with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
· The User is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the equipment, network connection and other necessary conditions for the use of the Game, and ensuring that the use of the Game is legal in his/her region.
3.User liability
· The user shall keep his/her game account and password safe and shall not lend, rent or sell it to others. All consequences resulting from account theft or abuse due to the user's own reasons shall be borne by the user.
· Users shall abide by laws and regulations, social ethics and game rules in their words and deeds in the game, and shall not publish or disseminate any illegal, obscene, violent, discriminatory, insulting or disturbing content of the game.
· Users shall not use game loopholes, cheating programs or other improper means to obtain game advantages. If such behavior is found, we have the right to take measures including but not limited to warning, restricting game functions, blocking accounts and other measures.
4.User code of conduct
· Users can only use our services for legitimate purposes. You may not use our Services for any illegal activity, such as, but not limited to, fraud, money laundering, infringement of intellectual property rights, dissemination of illegal content (including, but not limited to, pornography, violence, terrorism, discriminatory or defamatory information).
· Users should be polite, respectful and civil when interacting with other users. It is prohibited to engage in any form of harassment, abuse, threats, malicious attacks against other users and countries
· Users shall not post false information or intentionally mislead other users, including but not limited to false product reviews, service recommendations or identity information.
· If we find that the user has violated this Code of Conduct, we have the right to take appropriate measures, including but not limited to warning, suspending or terminating the user's account, deleting the offending content, restricting the user's use of certain functions, etc. We will decide what measures to take based on the nature, severity and frequency of the violations.
5.Intellectual Property Rights
· All intellectual property rights of the game (including but not limited to the game name, game characters, story, graphics, sound effects, music, code, etc.) are owned by the Company or its licensors. The User is granted only a limited right to use the Game to the extent permitted by these Terms of Use.
· The User shall not reverse engineer, decompile, hack or otherwise infringe intellectual property rights on the game. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works based on the Game without the Company's written permission.
6.Privacy protection
· We respect the privacy of our users. Please refer to our Privacy Policy regarding how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information. By using the Game, you consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
· Users should understand that some non-personally identifiable information (such as game data, operation records, etc.) may be generated during the game process, which may be used by us for reasonable purposes such as improving the game experience and analyzing the game performance.
7.Refund policy
Once a user has purchased or refunded in-game virtual items (items, equipment, currency, etc.), we do not offer refunds for any reason whatsoever.
8.Disclaimer
· We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss of data, damage to equipment, economic loss, waste of time, etc.) arising out of the User's use or inability to use the Game, even if we have been advised that such loss or damage may occur.
· We are not responsible for any interactions, transactions or disputes between users and other players in the Game. Users should treat such activities with caution and at their own risk.
9.Service change and termination
· We have the right to update, modify, suspend or terminate the service of the game according to business development needs. Where possible, we will inform users of relevant changes in advance through in-game announcements, notices on the official website or other appropriate means, but for changes caused by emergencies or force majeure factors, it may not be possible to notify users in advance.
· The User has the right to stop using the Game at any time. If the User violates these Terms of Use, we have the right to terminate the service provided to the User without prior notice and reserve the right to take further legal action.
10.Dispute Resolution
· If any dispute arises between the User and us due to these Terms of Use or the use of the Game, the User shall first try to settle it through friendly negotiation.
· If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to Dongguan Arbitration Commission for settlement.
11.Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any dispute between the User and us shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and any relevant legal proceedings shall be conducted in the Dongguan Arbitration Commission.
12.Other terms
· Applicable Law: These Terms of Use shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
· Modifiability: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use as necessary. The revised terms will take effect after the release of the game, and the user's continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
· Notification Method: We may notify users through in-game announcements, email, SMS or other reasonable means, users should ensure that the contact information provided is effective and timely attention to the relevant notification information.
· Integrity Terms: These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the User and Us with respect to the use of the Game, superseding all prior agreements or agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the use of the Game.
· Independence of Terms: If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions.
